OD's Designer Clothing has a detailed return and shipping policy. Customers can return or exchange any items bought online from OD's within 14 days starting from when they received them, providing they have the receipt, the items are unworn and in their original packaging. The returns address is OD's Designer Clothing, 44 Barrow Street, St Helens, Merseyside, WA10 1RY. An exchange or full refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned items. Please allow 2 working days for refunds to card payments. For PayPal payments, the refund should be instant.
Items must not be used, worn or washed and must be returned in their original condition. On return, they will be assessed by the returns team. Items must be in original packaging and all tags attached. The cost of returning the item is not covered by the company. The refund does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. The company cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post. For protection, it is recommended to send the package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service as it insures goods up to £500 and this cover can be increased to £1000 by paying a small premium. Returns are not accepted on Underwear, Swimwear, Earrings or Face Masks due to hygiene reasons.
As for the shipping policy, orders placed before 2.30pm Mon - Thursday are dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed before 2.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. They also offer a Saturday delivery service or customers can pick up their items in store with their free click & collect service. The company uses a pin system for security during delivery. When the delivery is made, customers will be required to confirm delivery with a pin number. This number will be emailed/text to them before delivery. The parcel will not be left in a "Safe Place", someone has to be available to receive the order. If a delivery is missed, the courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If delivery is missed for a second time, the item will be returned to OD's. In this event, customers will be required to pay for shipping again.
